San Bruno Youth Support
The Edgewood Center for Children and Families: San Bruno Youth Drop in Center offers groups and programs for all San Mateo county youth, including LGBTQIQ individuals, ages 15-25, that are in need of more support and a safe place for building a peer community. The groups are safe, friendly, creative, and supportive spaces for all youth (including LGBTQIQ) to meet each other, talk about what concerns and interests them and engage in fun and meaningful activities together.
The LGBTQIQ groups are held weekly at the San Bruno Drop-In Center at 931 San Bruno Avenue, Suite 1 in San Bruno. Press release
A weekly LGBTQIQ group for youth ages 15-17 is held from 3:30-4:30. A second LGBTQIQ group for young adults ages 18-25 is from 5:30-6:30.
