ALERT Peninsula Meeting Location Change

Starting February 8 the Peninsula support group will be meeting at a new location:

Michaels (the arts and crafts store)
2925 S. El Camino Real
San Mateo, CA 94403

Michaels is located next to Ana Furniture, and across the street from Sears (Hillsdale Mall). The community meeting room is in the right rear corner of the store.

The day and time are unchanged -- 2nd Monday, 7:00 p.m.

Now Accepting Applications for 2016 Scholarships

Every year PFLAG San Jose/Peninsula grants several scholarships to local graduating seniors whose histories, activities, and personal plans demonstrate support for justice and equality for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender persons. The application period has begun and continues until March 31. See our scholarships page for details and a downloadable application form.

Speakers Bureau

This chapter has a very active Speakers Bureau. We provide trained speakers & panels to educate audiences from middle/high schools, universities, churches, businesses, etc. about the issues that face lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender people and their family members.
